What we do?
Rwanda Best is a farm that was established in 1996 on a small scale as a POULTRY FARM. His owner Mr. Ruzibiza Jean Claude started with 100 layers for eggs production in Rulindo District. The farm expanded slowly step by step with many challenges that have increases our experience in this area. Currently the poultry farm is planning to expand its activities on Broilers. Its expansion is not restricted on poultry activities only, but on Agriculture as well. However the vision is to employ the experience to reach a high and better level of production for every product.
OUR MISSION
Our Vision and mission is to produce high quality products, healthy chicken and fresh eggs, tasty and incredibly fresh fruits and vegetables, daily fresh products which are nutritive, low in fat content and rich in protein to our happy customers.
OUR WORK FORCE
We have a strong and dependable Infrastructure. The entire work force has been separated into teams for better performance and efficiency, cows, layers and growers are completely separated to avoid any kind of contamination in case of a disease control action. We also have some good performance equipments but are looking to improve our technology We make training for rural farmers and give support on demand. Our teams can provide on job trainings as assistance to local farmers and we are looking to provide at a low cost chicken food, vitamins, drugs, etc… We provide the best seeds for several of our products.

Our teams comprises of skilled professionals and experienced technicians, dedicated workforce, who work to produce high quality products. We offer the best quality to our customers procured from the farm. maintaining healthy and hygienic production and packaging conditions is one of our main priorities. We make sure that sufficient care and attention is given to each single product before releasing them to market.

The Managing Director (Owner with a MBA in Project Management is one of the largest poultry farmer in Rwanda for over 23 years experience and in modern Horticulture production using new technology like computerized green house.
The Operations Director with an overall responsibility of coordinator, supervisor, coaching and trainer, he has more than 17 years of experience in modern farming.
The Training Center Manager with an overall responsibility of managing the Training Centre is highly experienced with a MBA in Microfinance and over 6 years’ experience in Farmers and Cooperatives training, coaching and mentoring.
The Farm Manager with over 8 years in Business management.
The Admin/Finance Manager with over 14 years of experience.
A highly experienced Veterinarian coached and trained in chicken farming, pigs and cattle management.
